Opening the Third Eye.

Okay...in the paranormal investigation group I'm in...we go to haunted sites and take photographs, EVP recordings, EMFs, and the like.

My first investigation was this Samhain...that night was crazy. But at the sites I could see movement and shadows..and faint figures...but it was blurry. Now, I've been practicing to see auras and such...and the figures look like auras (at least when I was earlier stage of it). My freinds can see them in full, and can see energies well..and they've told me what to do to practice...and I need to open my third eye chakra in order to see these things clearly.

What kind of exercises can I do in order to get this ability more? I know of the one where you focus on that point, and I can get pleasant headaches/pressures and tingleliness, and then see auras way better when I do this. But are there any other methods out there? ;o

There are several stones and herbs that can help you with the exercises you are already using.

For example, an Amethyst crystal is a popular gemstone to use. Lapis Lazuli is also a great stone, but it's harder to find unfortunately.


You know, it's questions like these that reminds me that I need to organize the herbs and stones pages. >.<; Must...do...that....soon...

Carrying around an Amethyst with you at all times will enhance your psychic abilities a bit.

I'd also suggest you do some chakra meditation or atleast do some meditation on the third eye, however that requires for you to find a Lapis Lazuli or another gem that affects the third eye...Lapis Lazuli would be the best though.

You know what sucks? I used to be a geology buff..I have this HUGE collection of rocks and crystals...several amethysts in there. xD AND NOW I CAN'T FIND MY COLLECTION. ;(

Well...I used to keep them all in this huge box, but my parents recently stored a ton of my old stuff..so it's somewhere like...at this building we store our stuff in. ;(

amethyst? why do i always, always lose my amethyst when i find out i need it?! i can always find my aventurine though....
