well necro means dead and is often used in the sense of a Necromancer who is a person that revives the dead....soooo...unless you can bring the dead back to life i'm not sure there's anything called that.

Necrokenisis.....*shakes her head* Necromancy is what the power is called.
BUT There's a memory in my mind about someone mentioning this. It's a really hard thing to learn. Many years of training.
But I can't tell you much else.

a differient way to say the same thing just like pyromancing is the same as pyro kentics no differience i know a little of the art i will post somting later

just throwing in an opinion here, I think necromancy is actually the manipulation of some of the basic elements within a corpse, someone that has develop aquakenesis for example, could manipulate the massive amounts of water contained in an intact corpse to give the illusion of a walking corpse.
whether this level of control is possible I don't know, but I do know that extensive knowledge of human anatomy and the movement of muscular and cellular materials would be a must in order to adequately link your energy to theirs you must understand their nature, correct?
