Astral Projection

Hello everyone.
I was wondering how people on this site astral project. I am having difficulty accomplishing this. I would like to see how my astral self looks and I think I would very much enjoy traveling in the astral plane.

Any suggestions?

Is there anything a person should not do while in the astral plane?

Astral projection is difficult to master so you just have to give it alot of time and effort.

THe way I astral project is first to clear my mind and to make sure there's nothing in my suroundings that bother me. This makes it alot easier to astral project. It can also be a good idea to meditate before trying. After that I visualize myself moving from my brain to my heart. I let myself fall through a tunnel of white light, while I visualize the tunnel I visualize being taken to the astral realm...and by the time I reach the end of the tunnel, i'm there. Now this sounds like it takes alot of time and it does the first few times, but as you get better and better it's becomes faster and easier. Most the time now I just have to close my eyes and focus alittle to go there.

a small tip though, trust your instincts and don't let your mind fool you.

Can you visit with people while you are astral projecting?

you mean visit other people on the astral realm? or astral projecting with a friend to go to the astral realm with them? in both cases. Yes, it's just a matter of locating eachother. That however can prove difficult at first unless you are good at sensing different types of energies. As every single person has their own unique energi, a so called 'energi signature'.
