I've been doing this form of meditation where you focus on the visualizations your mind makes. You just close your eyes...preferably in a dark area..and watch the images and colors and movement that appear. Don't think thoughts about them, or judge them...just pay attention to those images. It's like your brain is looping in on itself...like if you took a camera and hooked it up to a tv, and filmed the tv screen. It causes a pressure on your forehead. It gets to a point were you can't move your body, and colors start to appear..I saw yellow pulses and my body started moving back and forth...and my forehead got tingly and pressureness, and I can see auras with less concentration now. ^^
