Okay I dunno where to put this so it is going under here. Last night when I was meditating (I actually went a full half hour it is a miracle for me. I don't usually meditate and most of the time I get un comfy for not moving for hours and I can't get into it) I was all comfy and entered the state of meditation. Well It felt like the ocean was pulling me back and forth back and forth peacefully. Then out of nowhere it felt as if the water became violent and it went back and forth more roughly. It felt like I was under water and I fell back wards out of my concentration. I was wondering if that was awkward for meditation because I know it is supposed to be calming and in the present. I know I didn't fall asleep because I was still concentrating on my breathing. Dunno maybe some answers would help this has never happened to me before.

Hmm... that's interesting. I don't know what could have caused it. Maybe Azuriel will know something...

hmm perhaps you can't find inner peace right now?....I dunno if you have been under alot of stress lately or have had emotional problems. That could be it, else I have no idea at the moment.
