oh first of all if you have not rad my profile i am a second degree black belt in the exquisite art of Tae Kwon DO and if you decide to hit someone in just about any of the chakaras it will hurt alot but will it damage your energy or karma or aura or KI ki is also a word we use in tae kwon do of corse meaning spirit upon executing a techniqe like a punch it helps to yell
KI-Up or how ever you would like to pronce it it trancelates to spirit yell but anyway i wanted to know if it was an arousal or somthin if you chant ohm in d like does it give you some mighty powerful boner

i'd say if you focus spiritual energy, psi-energy or what you wish to call it into your fist before punching, and giving that energy a purpose to affect the chakra point, I think you should be able to damage the chakra point giving extra pain and at the same time bringing that chakra out of balance for alittle bringing other side effects to your punch as well.
